1. Preparation of leek
leek 1.1 lb (500 g)
Trim the leek, cut off the ends and part of green. Wash it and cut into the slices.
Heat the oil in a wok, add leek, salt and stirring occasionally steam under the lid for 10 minutes. Pour in 2-3 table spoons of a water according to need.
Pour milk into the steamed leek, add double cream and cheese. Recook until the cheese melts.
