Oven-baked Chicken Breasts with Leek

sweet cream for cooking8.75oz250grams

1. 

leek 1.1 lb (500 g)  potatoes 4 pcs  chicken breasts 3 pcs  sunflower oil 2 tbsp

Cook potatoes for 15 minutes. Meanwhile potatoes are cooking, cut chicken breasts into a small pieces, leek into rings. Sauté leek rings in a hot oil.

vegetable salt 3 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  basil 1 tsp  soy sauce 1 tbsp

Add chicken breasts and spices into the leek. Sauté all together over the high heat.

sweet cream for cooking 8.75 oz (250 g)

Place half of this mixture into the baking dish, then layer the preboiled potatoes and rest of the steamed mixture on the top. Pour single cream over the prepared meal and place in preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
