Recipe

1. Preparing the filling

red pepper 0.5 pc  basil 1 leaf  garlic 2 cloves  mozzarella cheese 2 oz (60 g)

Wash peppers, clean and cut it into small pieces. Wash basil and cut it too. Peel garlic and mash it. Drain mozzarella and it into small squares.

2. 

salt  ground white pepper

Mix everything together, seson with salt and pepper.

3. Stuffing

chicken breasts 1.3 lb (600 g)  olive oil 1.25 tbsp (20 ml)  salt  grill seasoning

Cut the chicken breast lengtwise to create „pockets“. Stuff the chicken with the mixture and close with toothpicks. Season with salt and pepper. Roast it on a oil from all sides for about 6 min.
