Recipe

1. Steaks

chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt  grill seasoning  ground black pepper

Wash the chicken breasts, cut into thicker slices, pound them lightly, salt and season.

2. 

Fry the meat in hot oil for about 2 minutes on each side and then fry at low flame for another three minutes. Place the slices on a warm plate.

3. Blue cheese sauce

cream (fat 10-12%) 7 oz (200 g)
