semi skimmed milk 1,5%6.75tbsp100milliliters
sunflower oil2tbsp2tablespoon
sweet cream for cooking10tbsp150milliliters

 

Recipe

1. Peas

onion 5.25 oz (150 g)  sunflower oil 2 tbsp  green peas frozen 10.5 oz (300 g)

Peel the onion, chop and fry in oil. Add frozen, water rinsed peas. Sauté peas for 2-3 minutes.

2. 

chicken egg 4 pcs  salt 0.25 tsp

Add eggs, salt and blend until the eggs shrunken.

3. Chicken meat

chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g)

Wash the meat and cut against the muscle into the slices. Place layer of chicken meat into the baking dish, cover with pea layer and repeat the process.

4. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  sweet cream for cooking 10 tbsp (150 ml)  chicken egg 3 pcs  salt 1 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp

Prepare the dressing from the milk, single cream, eggs, salt and spices and pour over the pudding.

5. 

Bake in preheated oven at 345°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes.
