Recipe

1. 

chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt  ground black pepper  grill seasoning  ground garlic  whole Mustard 1 tsp

Cut chicken breasts into cutlets, pound a bit, season them with salt and pepper and spread with mustard.

2. 

sunflower oil

Heat oil and cook chicken breasts for a while and place them on the baking tin.

3. 

whipping cream (30-33% fat) ¾ cup (200 ml)

Pour over with gravy and cream. Bake cutlets in preheated oven for about 15 minutes.

4. 

Gouda cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)

Just before they are baked, sprinkle them with grated cheese and place in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
