Peel the onion, cut it finely and fry in oil. Add peeled, crushed garlic.

Wash the oyster mushrooms and cut them.
potatoes 14 oz (400 g)
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes.
Add potatoes, oyster mushrooms, salt, caraway, peppers and spices to the onion.
water 1.3 quart (1250 ml)
