Healthy and tasty mushroom garlic soup.

1. 

onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  sunflower oil 3 tbsp  garlic 1 clove

Peel the onion, cut it finely and fry in oil. Add peeled, crushed garlic.

2. 

oyster mushroom 1.1 lb (500 g)

Wash the oyster mushrooms and cut them.

3. 

potatoes 14 oz (400 g)

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes.

4. 

salt 1.5 tsp  crushed cumin 0.5 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  ground red paprika 2 tsp

Add potatoes, oyster mushrooms, salt, caraway, peppers and spices to the onion.

5. 

water 1.3 quart (1250 ml)

Stir and add water. Cook for 25 minutes.

6. 

potatoes 3.5 oz (100 g)  garlic 2 cloves

Peel a potato, wash it and grate it to a mash. Peel the garlic, press it and add to the soup together with the mashed potatoes. Cook.

7. 

Chop parsley.

8. 

Add to soup, stir and serve.
