Magical soup, which relieves your body from days of feasting. It is indeed basic part of so called Cabbage diet, but even 1-2 days of its consuming can help a lot.

1. Preparation of vegetables

white cabbage 3.3 lb (1500 g)  onion 1.1 lb (500 g)  paprika 3.5 oz (100 g)  celery 5.25 oz (150 g)

Peel the vegetables, wash them and finely chop. We can also add carrot, parsley and garlic to the basic ingrediences.

water 3.7 quart (3500 ml)  sterilized tomatoes 14 oz (400 g)  ground black pepper  chilli pepper  pepper curry

Place vegetables in the pan, pour the water in and add can of sterilized tomatoes. Cook everything together 25 minutes since the soup starts to boil. Soup should not be seasoned with salt, but we can add spices to our taste.

3. Serving

When we feel hunger, serve the soup. Several times a day. It is important to drink lots of liquids when we are consuming it, because it has dehydrating effects. Its consuming one or two days is a great start when we decide to take a fat burning diet. On the first day of diet we can eat also fruits, except for bananas and melons. On the second day we can add fresh vegetables, too.
