red pepper sterilized3.5oz100grams

Recipe

1. 

Hermelin cheese 10.5 oz (300 g)  garlic 2 cloves

Cut each hermelin in half,spread the halves with pressed garlic.

onion 12.25 oz (350 g)

Cut the onion, divide it into 7 parts.

3. 

grill seasoning 2 tbsp  olive oil 10 tbsp (150 ml)

Mix olive oil with grill spices.

4. 

red pepper sterilized 3.5 oz (100 g)  tabasco

At the bottom of the container put part of the onion, chopped red pepper, half of the hermelin and sprinkle with Tabasco. Cover this layer again with onions, add pepper, cheese and sprinkle with Tabasco. Continue this way until you run out of all the ingredients.

5. 

Pour olive oil mixed with spices, close the container. Let rest in a cool place for at least 5 days.
