Delicious cheeses thanks to the spicy mixture Gyros. Suitable as an appetizer but also just for breakfast. Serve with fresh white bread.

1. 

Camembert cheese 4.5 oz (125 g)  blue cheese 4.25 oz (120 g)  Gouda cheese 7 oz (200 g)  Emmental cheese 5.25 oz (150 g)

Cut different types of cheese into smaller cubes and triangles.

2. 

ground red paprika 2 tsp  ground garlic 0.5 tsp  ground black pepper 0.25 tsp

Mix the cheeses on the board together with the spices.

3. 

onion 10.5 oz (300 g)

Clean the onion and cut it into thin pieces.

4. 

In a deep bowl, put layer of onions and layer of cheese alternating. Repeat until there are no ingredients left.

olive oil  sunflower oil  ground garlic 0.5 tsp  ground black pepper 0.25 tsp  ground red paprika 0.25 tsp

Pour oils in a ratio of 1: 1 over cheeses, sprinkle again with spices, store in the refrigerator for a few days. After about 4-5 days you can eat it.
