1. 

fish fillets 1.8 lb (800 g)  salt

Allow the fish to thaw and slightly season each portion with salt.

2. 

zucchini 10.5 oz (300 g)  carrots 5.25 oz (150 g)  onion 5.25 oz (150 g)

Peel vegetables, wash them and grate coarsely.

3. 

salt 0.5 tsp  ground caraway 0.5 tsp  ground ginger 1 tsp  chicken egg 4 pcs

Sprinkle vegetables with salt, spices and add eggs. Stir.

4. 

Place the fillets "almost standing" into the baking tin and pour the prepared vegetables on them.

unsalted butter 2 oz (60 g)  ground red paprika 2 tsp

Lay slices of butter on the surface and sprinkle everything with ground red pepper.

6. 

Bake in preheated oven at about 355°F (180°C) for 35 minutes, covered.

7. 

Then uncover the fish and bake for 10 more minutes uncovered.

When serving, carefully place a portion of fish with baked vegetables on a plate. Serve with the slice of lemon. We can offer as a side dish boiled or braised potatoes.
