Chicken rolls stuffed with spinach

1. 

fresh spinach leaves 4.5 oz (125 g)

Unpack the spinach and wash well.

2. 

onion 0.5 pc  sunflower oil

Fry onions in oil.

3. 

garlic 1 pinch  salt  whole black pepper

Add some crushed garlic, salt and pepper to the spinach and onions. The spinach will release some juice, let it simmer a few minutes to allow the juice to evaporate.

4. 

chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g)  grill seasoning

Cut chicken breast into steaks, and sprinkle with grill seasoning. Evenly spread the spinach mixture onto the chicken.

5. 

Gouda cheese 5.25 oz (150 g)

Add cheese to the chicken and connect the edges by holding them together with a toothpick or thread.

6. 

Put them into a pan, then add a little butter and fry the rolls to a golden color.

Lay the rolls out on a baking sheet, add a little water and bake for 15 minutes.
