Recipe

1. 

dried pineapple 5.25 oz (150 g)  raisins 1.75 oz (50 g)  chicken breasts 1.3 lb (600 g)  salt  soy sauce 2 tbsp

Wash dried pineapple and raisins and soak them in cold water for a while. Wash the chicken breasts, cut, put in the first (lower) container of the steam pot, salt, add soy sauce, sprinkle with raisins and slices of pineapple.

2. 

rice 8.75 oz (250 g)  salt  mineral water

Wash rice several times on a sieve under running water, let drip, put in a container for cooking rice, add salt, pour mineral water about 1.5 cm above the surface of the rice. Put the container with rice in the second container of the steam pot, cover. Cook in steam for 40 minutes.
