1. Preparation of a basil - flakes mixture
Cut basil leaves into small pieces. Put cornflakes into a bowl and crush them slightly with hand.
Cut the chicken cutlets lenghtwise on thinner slices. Season them wit salt and wrap firstly in flour and them dip into egg.
Finally, wrap the cutlets in basil-cornflakes mixture.
