Tasty, meat-free salad with yoghurt-cheese dressing. You can easily prepare the salad from the rest of the baked potatoes, which were used as a side dish to another dish.

whole Mustard0.5tsp½teaspoon
yoghurt natural7oz200grams

1. 

Baked potatoes recipe

Prepare potatoes according to the above mentioned recipe.

2. 

lettuce salad

Wash the salad and let drip.

3. 

yoghurt natural 7 oz (200 g)  olive oil 3 tbsp  whole Mustard 0.5 tsp  salt 0.5 tsp  garlic 2 cloves

Mix yogurt with oil, mustard, salt and cleaned, pressed garlic.

4. 

parmesan 1.75 oz (50 g)

Add grated cheese.

5. 

pineapple slices in a can

Tear the salad on a plate, add potatoes, pour the yogurt dressing and sprinkle with pineapple.
