potatoes 2 lb (900 g)
Peel and wash the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into slices about 2 mm thick.
semi-hard cheese, aging 3.5 oz (100 g)
Grate the cheese finely.
unsalted butter 0.75 oz (20 g)
Put about a quarter of the potatoes on the bottom of the baking sheet. Salt, season, sprinkle with a third of the cheese and pour over a quarter of the cream.
The same way create two more layers and finally the last fourth, but without the cheese.
Bake for 60 minutes at 180 °C.
