Cut the potatoes into slices about 2 mm thick.

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml) • salt 4 pinches • ground black pepper 4 pinches
Put about a quarter of the potatoes on the bottom of the baking sheet. Salt, season, sprinkle with a third of the cheese and pour over a quarter of the cream.

The same way create two more layers and finally the last fourth, but without the cheese.

Bake for 60 minutes at 180 °C.
