potatoes 1.3 lb (600 g)  water  salt 0.5 tsp

Peel the potatoes, cut, place into the pot and pour in a water accurately, salt it. Cook until tender.

2. 

0.5% low-fat milk ¾ cup (200 ml)  unsalted butter 0.75 oz (20 g)

Do not discard the water, mash the potatoes in, add vegetable butter and pour in a hot milk, whisk well until smooth.

3. 

Mash potato is weaker, later will thicken. It is light and when using water from cooking of potatoes, the mash will keep all vitamins from potatoes which was dissolved in a water.
