1. Preparing chocolate mass
Melt the solidified fat, powdered sugar and cocoa powder over low heat - it should not boil.
2. Preparation of walnut stuffing
sugar granulated 7 oz (200 g) • black coffee 3.25 tbsp (50 ml) • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 3.25 tbsp (50 ml) • ground walnuts 3.5 oz (100 g) • unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g) • rum 3.25 tbsp (50 ml) • raisins
Cook sugar, black coffee and milk for three minutes, add the nuts, simmer for a while and then add the butter, rum and raisins.
Pour the chocolate mass into paper cups.
Add walnut filling and pour the rest of the chocolate mass.
