Recipe

1. Preparing the dough

ground walnuts 7.5 oz (210 g)  powdered sugar 7.5 oz (210 g)  lemon peel  chicken egg 1 pc

Mix the ingredients and knead the dough.

2. 

Mould the dough on a board topped by sugar.

3. Preparation of topping

egg white 2 pcs  powdered sugar 8.75 oz (250 g)

Whisk up the whites, add sugar and stir. Spread the topping on the dough and let it dry.

4. 

Cut it into pieces and bake at a moderate temperature.
