Recipe

1. 

sugar granulated 6.25 oz (175 g)  water 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)

Cook the sugar in sticky syrup for 15 minutes in water.

Whip the egg whites into the solid snow, pour hot syrup and whip them in a water bath (on steam) (approx. 15 minutes) ...

... until the egg whites snow hardens.

Fill the mixture into a confectionery bag ...

... and create small meringues on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

6. 

Bake - dry in a preheated oven at the lowest degree for about an hour.
