Recipe

1.

bulgarian cheese Sirene 7 oz (200 g)

Grate the cheese coarsely.

2.

yoghurt natural 2 oz (60 g)  chicken egg 1 pc  garlic 2 cloves  ground black pepper 0.25 tsp

Add yogurt, eggs, two cloves of peeled, crushed garlic and pepper. Mix.

3.

puff pastry 9.75 oz (275 g)

Unroll the puff pastry on baking paper and roll it a little. Cut into three strips of the same length. Fill the strips with a filling and spread the edges with an egg. 1/3 of the filling for each strip. Press the edges ...

4.

... and transfer the first strip and place it in the shape of a snail in the middle of a butter spreaded mold. The dough is brittle and tears easily, so when handling pick it with a long, wider knife. If the filling leaks from it in some places, don't mind, everything will be connected after baking. Contect other strips to the first snail. Spread the cake with a beaten egg.

5.

If you use a cake mold, add an edge.

6.

Bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C.

Bon appetit!
