1. Preparing daugh
Let the half of the yeast rise in lukewarm milk, pour some of it into flour with egg and butter. Add salt and knead the dough. Cover it and let it rise for an hour.
Knead the dough on a floured board, roll and put into greased mold. Pull the edges of the dough out of the mold.
3. Onion-bacon mixture
Cut onion into thin half-rings. Roast it for a moment in a pan with oil. Add pieces of chopped bacon. Roast it together, until onion is glassy. Let the mixture cool.
Mix eggs with the cream, salt, pepper and pinch of cumin. Add cream to the cooled mixture from the pan. Spread the mixture on the dough, put it in the oven. Bake at 390°F (200°C) C for approximately 35 minutes.
