Debone upper and lower part of the chicken legs.
Prepare for the marinade light beer and put in 1 rosemary stem, couple of oregano leaves.
Pour ketchup, soy sauce, pressed garlic into the marinade. Season with salt.
Put the meat to marinade and let it marinate overnight.
Place meat on the grill or roast it in pan with a little olive oil. Serve with couscous or vegetable salad.
