ground black pepper0.5tsp½teaspoon
onion14oz400grams
oregano1tsp1teaspoon
pork lard1oz30grams
sterilized tomatoes14oz400grams
sugar granulated1tsp1teaspoon

 

Recipe

1. 

onion 14 oz (400 g)  pork lard 1 oz (30 g)

Clean the onion, cut in half and into thin slices. Fry in fat.

2. 

chicken livers 1.1 lb (500 g)

Wash the chicken livers and clean them.

3. 

sterilized tomatoes 14 oz (400 g)

Chop the canned tomatoes...

4. 

sugar granulated 1 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  oregano 1 tsp

...and add with tomato puree in which they were preserved to the onion. Add sugar, pepper and oregano, mix...

5. 

...and add livers.

6. 

Stir and simmer under the cover until soft (about 10-15 minutes).
