A recipe for delicious chicken livers with onion and shiitake mushrooms. It is not a problem to use other edible mushrooms, according to the taste of diners. Mashed potatoes or rice are suitable as a side dish.

Recipe

1. 

onion 4.5 oz (125 g)  shiitake mushrooms 4.5 oz (125 g)

Clean and cut the onion and mushrooms.

2. 

rapeseed oil 4 tbsp

Fry the onion with mushrooms in oil.

3. 

chicken livers 1.1 lb (500 g)

Wash the livers, clean and cut them roughly.

4. 

ground white pepper 0.25 tsp  ground caraway 0.25 tsp

Put the livers to the pan and fry together, stirring from time to time, for about 20 minutes. According to the required degree of frying.

5. 

salt

Salt the livers when served, otherwise they could release unnecessarily much water and harden.
