zucchini2.2lb1000grams

 

Recipe

1. Preparation of zucchini

zucchini 2.2 lb (1000 g)  olive oil 3 tbsp

Cut three medium-sized zucchini in half. Hollow out the inside of each half so that zucchini is left like a boat. Pour a little oil into a deep baking dish and place zucchini boats in it.

2. Meat - zucchini filling

minced pork meat 1.1 lb (500 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  salt 2 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp

Cut the inside of the zucchini into smaller pieces. Add minced meat, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well - preferably with hand.

3. Filling

Divide the filling evenly among all the prepared zucchini.

Clean, wash and cut the potatoes into wheels. Skewer them or place them on top of the meat.

Salt the potatoes, sprinkle with ground red pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium hot oven for about 1 hour. After an hour, uncover and let it bake for another 10 minutes. You can pour over the potatoes the juice, that created in the baking dish.
