1. Turkey meat

turkey breast 1.8 lb (800 g)

Cut the meat into the slices and pound it.

salt  sunflower oil  water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Place onto the baking tray slightly coated of oil, salt it. Pour water over and put covered into the oven. Bake at medium temperature level for 15 minutes.

ground black pepper

Uncover the meat, turn over and sprinkle with black pepper. Cover and bake for further 15 minutes.

4. 

pear preserves  Emmental cheese

Take the meat out and place conserved pear on each slice. Cover with thin slice of cheese.

5. 

Place back into the oven and shortly bake until cheese is melted.
