unsalted butter1.75oz50grams
water3.25tbsp50milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

turkey breast 1.8 lb (800 g)

Wash the meat and cut into slices. Pound.

2. 

olive oil 5.25 tbsp (80 ml)  ground white pepper 0.5 tsp

Mix white pepper in olive oil and soak the meat from both sides in oil.

3. 

Put the cutlets on a hot grill pan, ...

... cover and let warm for 4 minutes (until the meat is white).

5. 

Uncover, turn the meat over and grill on the other side for 4 minutes.

peach compote 14 oz (400 g)

Cut 8 wheels from peaches. Cut the rest finely.

mozzarella cheese 8.75 oz (250 g)

Cut the cheese into slices.

Put butter in a grill pan and let it melt. Add peaches, ...

Mash the peaches, add wine and cook.
