Cook the rice in salted water, let it cool. Wash the turkey breasts, cut them into the largest slices, which you pound finely. Put them on a board so that they partially overlap and create firm meat piece. Spread red cabbage on the meat, and in the middle create a wall of minced meat mixed with rice and spices.
With kitchen needles and thread, connect the edges of the turkey meat and create a roulade. Transfer the roulade to a baking dish, pour olive oil over, sprinkle with ground red pepper and salt. Add water. Bake covered for about an hour at medium level in a preheated oven. After baking remove the needles and threads, let it covered until serving.
Serve with boiled potatoes and vegetable side dish.
