Wash the turkey meat and cut into slices.

Pound each schnitzel lightly.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 2 tbsp  breadcrumbs 2 tbsp  salt 1 tsp

Mix the flour with breadcrumbs and salt. Coat the cuttlets in the mixture.

Whip the eggs and dip the cuttlets from both sides.

Fry them than quickly in oil.
