Recipe
1.
turkey whole leg 2 pcs • olive oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml) • grill seasoning 0.5 tsp • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp • ground red paprika 1 tsp • ground garlic 1 tsp
Wash turkey thighs and dry them. Prepare marinade from oil and spices, brush the thighs with it and let them rest in the cold place for 24 hours.
2.
garlic 8 cloves • onion 7 oz (200 g) • salt 2 tsp • water 1.3 cup (300 ml)
Once the thighs are marinated, peel garlic, make several deep cuts into the legs and press the whole cloves of garlic in. Peel onion and cut it into rounds. Season the thighs with salt and lay onion on them, pour water in.
3.
Roast covered at 355°F (180°C) for 1,5 hour. Uncover, pour in water if needed and roast uncovered at higher temperature for 15 minutes, turn the meat over and roast for 15 more minutes. Take it out of the oven and keep the baking tin covered until serving time to prevent meat from drying out.
4.
Serve with dumpling and braised cabbage.
