Recipe

1. 

garlic 8 cloves

Clean the garlic and cut it into slices.

2. 

turkey drumstick  salt 2 tsp  ground black pepper 1 tsp

Wash and cut the turkey thighs. Put a part of the prepared garlic under the skin. Add salt and pepper.

3. 

rapeseed oil 4 tbsp

Fry on each side in a pan with a little oil.

4. 

red onion 8.75 oz (250 g)

Clean the onion, cut in wheels and add to the baking dish.

5. 

water ¾ cup (200 ml)  salt 1 tsp

Put the turkey thighs on the onion and sprinkle with the remaining garlic. Add salt, water, cover and bake for an hour in an oven at 735°F (390°C) F (390°F (200°C) C).

6. 

After an hour, turn and bake for about 30 minutes.

7. 

Finally, let it bake at the highest temperature for 15 minutes.

Remove the cooled turkey meat from the bones and serve it.
