Recipe

1. 

water 1.1 cup (250 ml)  olive oil 1.5 tbsp  honey  1 tbsp  salt 1.5 tsp  crushed cumin 0.5 tsp  wholemeal flour 7 oz (200 g)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g)  instant yeast 2 tsp

Pour water in the baking container for bread, add oil, honey, salt, caraway and both flours. Add yeast as last. Put the container in the bakinig machine, set the program and turn on.
Programme: Classic (or another similar one, specified by the manufacturer)
Time: approx. 3 hours
Loaf size: 680 (700)g
Crust color: medium dark

Let the bread cool in the baking dish after baking for a few minutes, then tip it out - preferably on a cooling grid and let it cool.

Before cutting remove the breadmaker paddle. (If you pay attention to the program, it is possible to remove the paddle after the last mixing, this will make the process easier than removing it from the baked loaf. However, you need to be quick so that the leavened bread does not cool).
