Recipe

1. 

onion 2.75 oz (80 g)  pork lard 0.75 oz (20 g)  pork thigh 7 oz (200 g)  salt 1 tsp  ground caraway 0.5 tsp

Clean the onion, cut and fry in fat (oil). Wash the meat and cut into small cubes. Add to the onion, salt, add caraway...

2. 

water 2.1 quart (2000 ml)

..and after a while pour hot water. Cook until the meat softens (40 minutes).

3. 

sterilized white beans 1.1 lb (500 g)

Add drained, sterilized beans to the cooked meat. You can also use dry beans, but you must first cook them until soft.

4. 

sweet cream for cooking 2.1 cup (500 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 2 oz (60 g)

Prepare a mixture from flour and cream and pour into the soup, overcook.

5. 

sterilized tomatoes 7 oz (200 g)

Cut the sterilized tomatoes into small pieces and add to the soup together with the sauce in which they were sterilized.

6. 

sugar granulated 2 tsp  parsley leaves 2 tbsp  salt  lemon-juice  vinegar

Finally season the soup with sugar and add chopped fresh parsley. Add salt as needed. Everyone can make individual portions sour with lemon juice or vinegar.
