lentils sterilized10.5oz300grams
parsley leaves-
sugar granulated1tsp1teaspoon
sweet cream for cooking2.1cup500milliliters
sweet potatoes10.5oz300grams
unsalted butter1oz30grams
water1.3cup300milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

sweet potatoes 10.5 oz (300 g)  water 1.3 cup (300 ml)

Wash the sweet potatoes, clean if necessary (do not peel) and cut into small cubes. Put in water, add salt and cook for 10 minutes.

2. 

lentils sterilized 10.5 oz (300 g)

Add drained lentils to the cooked potatoes.

3. 

sweet cream for cooking 2.1 cup (500 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 tsp  sugar granulated 1 tsp

Mix flour in the cream and pour it into the soup. Stir, add sugar and overcook.

4. 

lemon-juice 2 tbsp

Pour lemon juice into the soup.

5. 

unsalted butter 1 oz (30 g)

Add a piece of butter.

6. 

parsley leaves

Chop the parsley...

7. 

...and mix it into a portion of soup.
