Recipe

sweet potatoes 10.5 oz (300 g) • water 1.3 cup (300 ml)
Wash the sweet potatoes, clean if necessary (do not peel) and cut into small cubes. Put in water, add salt and cook for 10 minutes.

sweet cream for cooking 2.1 cup (500 ml) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 tsp • sugar granulated 1 tsp
Mix flour in the cream and pour it into the soup. Stir, add sugar and overcook.
