Peel a larger sweet potatoe and cut it into similarly large fries.
Soak the fries in cold water for at least half an hour.
Strain the water and dry the sweet potatoes with a dish towel.
olive oil 1 tbsp
Pour olive oil over the french fries and mix well.
Prepare from the flour and spices mixture for coating greased fries.
Sprinkle the french fries evenly with the prepared mixture and mix with hand to coat all sides.
Place the prepared french fries evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake for 22 minutes at 220 °C.
After removing from the oven, they are the crunchest and ready to serve.
