Recipe

1. 

red onion 1.75 oz (50 g)  sunflower oil 2 tbsp

Peel an onion, cut and fry in a little oil.

2. 

garlic 0.25 oz (5 g)  ginger-root 0.25 oz (5 g)

Peel the garlic and ginger and grate both.

3. 

Garam masala spice 1 tsp

Add garlic, ginger and indian spice mixture to the fried onion. Let fry for a while.

4. 

sweet potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g)

Wash the sweet potatoes, cut off the harder ends and cut out other not healthy parts. Cut into cubes ...

... add to onion, salt, mix, add water and simmer for 15 minutes under cover.

zucchini 1.1 lb (500 g)

Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes.

Add zucchini to sweet potatoes, mix and simmer together for about 10 minutes.
