ramsons1.75oz50grams

sunflower oil3tbsp3tablespoon
water6.75tbsp100milliliters
zucchini1.1lb500grams

 

Recipe

1. 

potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g)

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes.

2. 

onion 5.25 oz (150 g)  sunflower oil 3 tbsp

Peel onion, chop it finely and fry in oil.

3. 

salt 1 tsp  water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Add potatoes, salt and water. Under the cover, simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. If necessary, pour a few tablespoons of water.

4. 

zucchini 1.1 lb (500 g)

Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes.

5. 

ground black pepper 0.5 tsp

Add to the potatoes, sprinkle with spices and simmer together for 5 minutes.

6. 

ramsons 1.75 oz (50 g)

Wash...

7. 

...and cut ramsons.

8. 

Add to potatoes with zucchini ...

9. 

... and cook briefly.

10. 

parmesan

Sprinkle with grated parmesan before serving.
