Meat Balls with Dumpling and Sauce

1. Preparation of meat mix

white roll 4 pcs  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.7 cup (400 ml)

Cut bread rolls into the small wheels, place in the deeper pot, while the hard edges of the bread rolls can be discarded. Pour milk over and leave it for 2 minutes.

onion 5.25 oz (150 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  salt 2 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  garlic 3 cloves

Peel the onion and finely chop. With hand finely mash bread rolls dipped in milk, add eggs, onion, salt, black pepper, minced garlic and breadcrumbs. All together blend well.

Finally add minced meat, blend again.

From the meat mixture form the balls which must be wrapped in fine flour and placed on a tray covered with baking paper. Cover the balls with other tray, or aluminium foil and bake in preheated oven at medium temperature level, for 20 minutes. Then uncover it and bake for another 20 minutes, you can increase the temperature of baking so they are baked until nice brown.
