Stuffed Burger

Burger stuffed with the egg and green peas. As a burger filling is possible to use also other vegetable eventually smoked meat. Serve hot with the sauce or mashed potatoes. Serve cold with the bread and gherkin.

1. 

white roll 2 pcs  0.5% low-fat milk 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  chicken egg 2 pcs

Cut the bread rolls and without ends place into the bowl, pour milk over and blend with the eggs.

2. 

minced pork meat 1.8 lb (800 g)  salt 2 tsp  ground black pepper 1 tsp  garlic 6 cloves  onion 5.25 oz (150 g)

Add the minced meat, salt, black pepper, finely chopped onion and pressed garlic. Blend well all together and make the meat dough.

3. 

breadcrumbs  green peas frozen 5.25 oz (150 g)  chicken egg 3 pcs

Replace the dough from the bowl on the plastic board dusted with the breadcrumbs, and evenly spread into the shape of rectangle. Place the filling over the dough - green peas, hard boiled eggs, you can place also boiled carrot or smoked meat into the burger.

4. 

Join the longer sides of the meat rectangle and with the hands form the cylinder - burger.

Brush the roasting dish with the oil or lard and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. With the help of the plastic board where the burger was prepared, replace into the roasting dish. Softly sprinkle the burgersurface with the breadcrumbs.

Bake covered in preheated oven at medium level for 50 minutes. Then uncover, pour in cca 1,5 dcl water and let it roast from the top for cca 15 - 20 minutes.
