Scalloped potatoes with minced meat

minced pork meat 1.1 lb (500 g)  onion 1 pc  garlic 3 pinches  sunflower oil 1 tbsp  salt  ground black pepper

Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic on a little oil. Add the minced meat, salt, pepper and fry for a moment.

2. 

tomato paste 5 oz (140 g)  basil 1 tsp

Add the tomato paste and basil. Stir and cook for a minute.

3. 

potatoes 10 pcs

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.

4. 

vegetable salt 1 tsp  crushed cumin 2 pinches

Put the half of sliced potatoes on the bottom of the baking dish, sprinkle them with vegetable salt and ground cumin.

5. 

mushrooms 7 oz (200 g)

Put sliced mushrooms onto potatoes and evenly layer a meat mixture on the top of it.

6.

Place the rest of the potatoes on the top, sprinkle them with vegetable salt again and bake it covered in the pre- heated oven for 30 minutes.

7. 

chicken egg 3 pcs  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 200 ml  flour fine 1 tbsp

Put out the baking sheet and pour it with a roux of eggs, milk and flour.

8. 

semi-hard cheese 5.25 oz (150 g)

Bake it uncovered for another 10 minutes. Surface of potatoes can be sprinkled with grated cheese.
