potatoes1.8lb800grams
salt1.5tsp1.5teaspoon
unsalted butter1.75oz50grams
water-
water2tbsp2tablespoon

 

Recipe

1. 

potatoes 1.8 lb (800 g)  water  salt 1.5 tsp

Clean the potatoes, add water about centimetre above the potatoes, salt and cook until soft.

2. 

Strain the water from the boiled potatoes into a mug. Mash the potatoes and add the strained potato water to them. Stir.

3. 

unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)

Add butter and mix.

4. 

peas  water 2 tbsp

Bring peas to boil and simmer for 1-2 minutes under the cover.

5. 

Stir peas into the mashed potatoes and serve immediately.
