Mashed potatoes

    

Traditional recipe for mashed potatoes. It is a suitable side dish to many meals and children like it very much (we don't salt for children).

1.

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes.

2. 

water  salt 1 tsp

Pour lukewarm water in the pot with potatoes, so that they are all submerged. Salt and cook until tender for 15-20 minutes from boil time.

3. 

unsalted butter 0.75 oz (20 g)  whole milk 3.5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Strain the cooked potatoes, add butter and milk.

4. 

Mash the potatoes. Some people like, if there are not mashed pieces of potatoes.
