sunflower oil0tsp0litre
vegetable salt-pcpiece

Recipe

1. 

potatoes 1.8 lb (800 g)

Cook unpeeled potatoes for 15 minutes. Peel and cut into the rings.

2. 

leek 10.5 oz (300 g)

Meanwhile cooking of potatoes prepare the leek. Trimmed leek cut into the thicker rings.

3. 

sunflower oil

Steam in oil for few minutes until soften.

4. 

Spread over the tray.

5. 

Place slices of potatoes over the leek.

6. 

sunflower oil  vegetable salt  water

Pour in a water. Sprinkle with vegetable seasoning or spices according to your choice and then drip with the oil. Let it bake in preheated oven at 355°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
