Cook unpeeled potatoes for 15 minutes. Peel and cut into the rings.
leek 10.5 oz (300 g)

Place slices of potatoes over the leek.
Pour in a water. Sprinkle with vegetable seasoning or spices according to your choice and then drip with the oil. Let it bake in preheated oven at 355°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
