rice 7 oz (200 g)
Rinse the rice under the running water through the sieve and pour into the rice bowl of a steamer (you can use also other suitable bowl).

sugar granulated 2 tbsp • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 3.4 cup (800 ml) • chocolate 1.75 oz (50 g)
Add sugar, pour in the milk and toss the chocolate broken into the pieces.

Place rice bowl with rice into the bottom basket of steamer and set steaming time for 50 minutes. After 20 minutes uncover the lid of steamer and blend the rice.

After finishing of steaming, blend the rice again and let in cool in steamer for about an hour. After taking out, blend for the third time. Serve the chocolate rice warm, as a mash for tasty dinner, suitable especially for children.
