1. 

onion 1 pc  unsalted butter 1 oz (25 g)  sunflower oil 2 tbsp

Fry the onion in butter with a little oil.

2. 

chicken breasts 10.5 oz (300 g)

Add diced chicken meat and fry it. Let it stew in its own juice for 5-10 minutes until soft.

ground red paprika 1 tsp  vegetable salt 3 tsp  garlic 1 clove  frozen vegetables (carrots, peas, corn) 12.25 oz (350 g)  rice 14 oz (400 g)  basil  parsley leaves  ground black pepper

Add ground red pepper, black pepper, vegetable salt (Podravka, Vegeta), basil, parsley and pressed garlic to the stewed meat, stir. Add rice, frozen vegetables and stir.

4. 

dried chili pepper 1 pc  water 1.3 quart (1250 ml)

Pour water, add meat broth and cook for 20-30 minutes, it depends on how the risotto should be creamy. Who likes it spicy can add fresh or dried hot pepper or sweet - spicy chilli sauce.
