Wash chicken breasts, season them with salt and Chinese spice mixture and place them in the bottom tier of the steamer, cover it, turn the steamer on and steam for 15 minutes.
In the meantime peel potatoes, cut them into rounds, season with salt and place in the second tier of the steamer. Pour frozen vegetables on potatoes and gently stir. Rinse broccoli, place it in the third tier of the steamer, gently season with salt. After 15 minutes of meat steaming add the remaining 2 tiers, cover them and steam everything together for 15 more minutes.
