Wash the chicken breasts, cut them and put them in a bowl. Add oil, grated ginger, lemon juice and curry pepper.
Mix and let marinate in the cold for 2 - 24 hours.
Fry the chicken breast with marinade in a dry hot pan on both sides until soft (about 20 minutes). Salt gently.
