Recipe

1. 

chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g)  olive oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)  ginger-root 0.5 oz (15 g)  lemon 0.5 pc  pepper curry 0.5 tsp

Wash the chicken breasts, cut them and put them in a bowl. Add oil, grated ginger, lemon juice and curry pepper.

Mix and let marinate in the cold for 2 - 24 hours.

Fry the chicken breast with marinade in a dry hot pan on both sides until soft (about 20 minutes). Salt gently.

4. 

tomatoes  english cucumber

Serve with chopped tomatoes and cucumber.
