Recipe

1. 

chicken breasts 10.5 oz (300 g)  apples 10.5 oz (300 g)  mushrooms 8.75 oz (250 g)  green olives 1.75 oz (50 g)

Wash the chicken and cut into cubes. Peel the apples and cut them too into cubes, about the same size as the chicken. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

2. 

Skewer the mushrooms, chicken, olives and pieces of apple on a skewer.

3. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 6 tbsp  chicken egg 2 pcs  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.3 cup (300 ml)  salt

Prepare a coating dough from flour, eggs and milk. If the dough is too thick, thin it by adding more milk, and vice versa, if it is too thin, add another spoon or two of flour. Salt the dough a little.

4. 

cooking oil

Heat the oil in a pan, coat the skewers in the dough, take them out and put them in the oil, fry covered for 10 minutes on a low heat. Turn the skewers over and fry covered, until golden, on the other side as well.

5. 

Serve with boiled potatoes or vegetable salad.
