Pork Schnitzel in Potato Dough

1. Preparation of potato mixture for pancakes

potatoes 4 pcs  salt 2 tsp  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  chicken egg  marjoram 2 tsp  garlic 3 cloves  all-purpose flour / plain flour 4 tbsp  breadcrumbs

Peel the potatoes, wash and grate it. Add salt, milk, egg, marjoram, flour and pressed garlic. If the dough is weak, add one to two tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Dough should be thicker.

2. Pork schnitzels

Thinely pound the meat chopped into the schnitzels, wash and drain it. Slightly salt each schnitzel. Heat oil in the skillet. Place layer of potato mixture, place pork schnitzel and cover with layer of potato mixture. Cover the skillet with the lid and slowly fry for 20 minutes, uncover, turn schitzels a fry on other side for 10-15 minutes.
